The new wireless systems is set to enhance the visitors’ experience by broadcasting fun, entertaining, and educational tours in multiple languages simultaneously. Utilizing satellite (GPS) technology, professional actors tell compelling stories to stimulate and connect visitors to the people, places and events that have shaped Victoria’s unique history.

The audio system designed for Gray Line West Victoria is a location based (GPS) triggered, wireless tour solution offering multilingual tour commentary delivered simultaneously to all passengers throughout the Grand City Drive Tour. This solution has been configured to accommodate a total of two Double Decker buses in four languages – English, Spanish, German and Mandarin. In addition to providing a fun and informative tour experience, the system also reduces driver training time and promotes safer driving.
