Motorcoach Council Seeks Start Up Capital, Launches Founding Partners Program

The not-for-profit Motorcoach Council invites and encourages support from all sectors of transportation industry; operators, associations, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and special interest groups alike. Qualifying contributions range from $2,000-$10,000, depending on the type of applicant.

Denver, CO, June 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The non-political, not-for-profit Motorcoach Council, Inc. began its first fundraising campaign, The Founding Partners Program, earlier this month to raise capital for year one operating and marketing expenses.

“Founding partners won’t be limited to a plaque on the wall in some office,” stated Chairman, Todd Holland, of Ramblin Express. “This is an opportunity to join our initiative from the ground level up as we make history together,” expressed Holland, “it is a public display of support for the motorcoach industry as a whole.”

The Motorcoach Council invites and encourages active involvement and financial support from all sectors of the industry to include operators, associations, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors and special interest groups that view motorcoach transportation as an integral part of the transportation system in North America. Qualifying contributions range from $2,000 to $10,000 based on the type of organization that applies.

Founding Partners are co-marketed and co-branded with the Motorcoach Council and will gain valuable international exposure and recognition as champions of the Council’s mission and objectives. Other benefits of the program include: discounted membership dues and marketing materials, as well as high visibility on the Motorcoach Council website and all marketing materials.

The initial Founding Partners are comprised of the six Board members: President/Chairman, Todd Holland, of Ramblin Express in Colorado; Vice President, Brian Annett, of Annett Bus Lines, in Florida; Secretary/Treasurer, Callen Hotard, of Calco Travel/Hotard Coaches, Inc. in Louisiana; Jack Wigley, of All Aboard America in Arizona, New Mexico and West Texas; Gladys Gillis, of Starline Luxury Coaches in Washington; and Steve Haddad, of Bieber Tourways in Pennsylvania.

“The current push is to gain 100 percent participation of all regional and state associations,” said Holland.
