Sinotrans and National Retail Systems, Inc. Select LOG-NET to Power SinoNRS Global Supply Chain

Red Bank, NJ, June 26, 2008 --( LOG-NET, Inc., an industry leader in international web-based supply chain execution solutions, is proud to announce Sinotrans and National Retail Systems, Inc. as their newest LOG-NET application users. Sinotrans, China's largest logistics company, and National Retail Systems, Inc., a leading provider of logistics services to U.S. retailers, have launched a joint venture, called SinoNRS, to provide fully integrated factory-to-store logistics solutions to U.S. retailers.

SinoNRS offers retailers a comprehensive suite of transportation, consolidation, factory interfaces, warehousing, distribution, trade facilitation and value-added services, such as ticketing, labeling and packaging. The joint venture leverages the leading domestic logistics position of Sinotrans in China and the U.S. domestic retail distribution capabilities of NRS to create a seamless logistics system for end-to-end control from inland factory locations in China to retail stores throughout the United States.

LOG-NET will provide SinoNRS with an end-to-end visibility platform to monitor shipments from the origin operation through to final domestic delivery. LOG-NET will receive container status events from SinoNRS transportation partners throughout the supply chain for event management through to destination delivery. LOG-NET will also facilitate the creation of documents at origin, including the forwarders cargo receipt, container manifest and shipment instructions. LOG-NET will also automate logistics processes, including the receiving of electronic purchase orders and sales orders from SinoNRS customers and integrating this information with their suppliers.

“After an intensive evaluation, we are very pleased SinoNRS has selected LOG-NET, Inc. as their system of choice. We truly believe our application will help SinoNRS and especially their customers to effectively manage their products in a very challenging supply chain environment. We are very excited about working with the SinoNRS team, and we look forward to a very successful partnership,” says John Painter, V.P. of Worldwide Sales.

“Combining LOG-NET’s best-in-class supply chain visibility platform with the market strength of Sinotrans and NRS, SinoNRS now offers retailers the three critical drivers of logistics success: visibility, speed and control. No other logistics provider has better capabilities in China or more experience in U.S. retail,” said Larry Ravinett, SVP of Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions for NRS.
