Illinois Masonry Corporation Awarded Terrazio Development Project

Chicago, IL, June 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Illinois Masonry Corporation was recently awarded a contract for masonry work on the prestigious Terrazio development in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood. The Terrazio condominiums are being developed by the Sedgwick Properties Development Corporation, and construction has already begun at the location, and the property itself is expected to be completed in July 2009. The property will feature one, two, and three bedroom units, a rooftop lounge, and a private courtyard.

Illinois Masonry will be performing the masonry work on the façade of the seven story, 180 unit building, located at 1935 South Wabash.
