Global Talent Metrics (GTM) Inc. Appoints Ranjan Sinha, Veteran HR Executive to Its Board of Directors

Maitland, FL, June 28, 2008 --( Global Talent Metrics (GTM), Inc., AlignMark’s India-based joint venture and leading psychometric testing, sourcing and selection technology company announced the appointment of Ranjan Sinha, a veteran HR Outsourcing, to its’ Board of Directors.

In the past 20 years Ranjan Sinha has founded and directed a number of service and technology companies in the area of human resources, healthcare services, email and marketing services. Most recently, Mr. Sinha co-founded Summit HR with the vision of helping CEOs and their teams successfully combat a myriad of external and internal challenges, such as the need to improve both the supply and quality of talent, reduce unwanted turnover, and help “win the war” for talent. Mr. Sinha holds a Master’s Degree from the Wharton School of Business as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
