Speaking from his corporate office in Florence, KY, BlueStar President & CEO Stephen G. Cuntz stated: “This is the first of many new announcements from BlueStar. We are extremely pleased that the PSD-PrintScan operations have joined the BlueStar family to become BlueStar Europe. The shared core values and work ethic of our organizations makes this union a natural fit. I am excited by the opportunity to introduce solutions-based distribution to the Value-Added Resellers in Europe’s electronics channel.”
Alexander Stahl, the new President of BlueStar Europe stated: “PSD-PrintScan has a long history of AIDC sales in Europe. We look at this acquisition as a great chance to increase European sales and further BlueStar’s reach. The introduction of BlueStar’s award-winning FUSION business-development and marketing program, designed for the European Value-Added Reseller channel, will be a welcomed addition to existing European sales tools.”
