Two Software Answers’ Trainers Selected to Staff Microsoft’s Tech•Ed 2006 Conference

Software Answers, Inc. announced that two of their Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) have been selected by Microsoft as Technical Learning Guides for the Tech•Ed 2006 Conference in Boston this summer. Michael Bazarewsky and John Scaggs are two of only ninety MCTs selected for this distinct role at Microsoft's premier technical conference.

Akron, OH, April 20, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Software Answers, Inc., a firm specializing in helping its customers utilize technology to solve business problems, today announced that two of their Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) have been selected by Microsoft as Technical Learning Guides for the Tech•Ed 2006 Conference in Boston this summer. Software Answers is honored to have two of only ninety MCTs worldwide selected for this distinguished role at the Tech•Ed Conference! MCTs will be there to help other technology professionals learn about Windows Vista, Visual Studio, SQL 2005, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Longhorn Server, and many other new technologies not yet released.

Michael Bazarewsky and John Scaggs are senior-level instructors who provide network infrastructure consulting and training solutions for Software Answers’ customers. According to Microsoft, Technical Learning Guides are chosen for their technical expertise. Michael and John will be responsible for guiding conference attendees through Hands-on Labs, answering technical questions, and working with the attendees to ensure they have a positive experience with the technologies and labs presented at Tech•Ed. Through their experiences at the conference, they will learn new technologies and capabilities that can benefit Software Answers’ customers.

“Building on the success of Tech•Ed 2005 in Orlando, the Tech•Ed team is again recognizing the skills of the MCT community and is requesting MCTs to help support the Hands-on Labs at Tech•Ed 2006 in Boston, MA,” a member of the Tech•Ed team said. “The customer satisfaction results from Tech•Ed 2005 in Orlando proved that MCTs are the best people to work as technical learning guides in the hands-on labs. Tech•Ed 2006 will give MCTs the opportunity to further their brand and will incorporate many more opportunities for professional and personal recognition and community building.”

“It is quite an accomplishment for a company of less than thirty employees to have two instructors selected as Technical Learning Guides. It shows that our Training unit is without a doubt the best in the region!” says Paul Chaffee, president of Software Answers.

In order to be considered for selection, Michael and John were required to apply and meet very specific criteria, including active Microsoft Certified Trainer status, 95% or higher satisfaction scores on classes taught, and meet specific competency and certification requirements. As part of the staff at the conference, Microsoft will be providing complimentary passes to Tech•Ed as well as paying for all of their travel arrangements to Boston.
