Efficient work with campaigns. Sprinx CRM 6 enables direct sending of emails including response monitoring. Sprinx CRM is now a tool for marketing personnel’s bulk operations or salespeople group or individual contacts. The system also provides instant status changes of records as a result of individual or mass campaigns.
New types of reports. Reports for Sprinx CRM 6 are more welcoming and well-arranged, and the filtering options have been improved. Users can quickly see the division of customers between regions, what are the trends of indicators and more. Data is also available directly on maps (via integration with Google Maps), which increases transparency and also the value of the information. By and large, Sprinx CRM is a statistical tool, which serves for continuous evaluation of data. So we can record the trends and react sooner than ever before.
Improvement of Call Centre functioning. User interface of operator is optimized in Sprinx CRM 6 which results in faster execution of the calls and growing probability of their successful execution.
Change of format for export. Format of data export have been changed from CSV to XML (Microsoft Office 2007) in the new Sprinx CRM 6. A range of incompatibilities with coding, which technology CSV suffered from, was eliminated.
