Dr. Lowney received his MD at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed residency at the Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island, affiliated with Brown University. He belongs to the American Association of Cosmetic Surgery, the International Society of Cosmetogynecology, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Board of Aesthetic Gynecology.
