Written by Norm Fowler, a former member of Xerox Corporation’s Corporate Lean Six Sigma Staff, the book documents the unconventional approach to develop and deploy Xerox Corporation’s Design for Lean Six Sigma program within their product design community. Norm describes in detail the collaborative processes used to create the unique program structure, competency-based certification process and the steps taken to enhance the program’s pervasiveness and overall sustainability.
