New York, NY, February 05, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Lynn Klepper, who lives in California, has completed her new book, “The Little Cat’s Apricity”: a moving children’s story about the life of a beloved cat.
Author Lynn Klepper is new to writing. She always enjoyed reading and watching stories. She loved writing creative essays in school, writing down things about her life and the people she loved. Her role model and reason for being is her mom, with whom she spent all her time, and who influences her the most. She is her inspiration to try new things, like her hobbies, which include crafts, bookbinding, learning new beautiful words, and diving into fiction.
Klepper writes, “This story is based on me, the little cat, my mom, the beautiful butterfly, my dad, the rough bear, and my sister, the beloved dog. My mom had metastatic breast cancer. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017. She had the surgeries, the radiation, the medication, and everything else in the beginning. She was cancer-free for a few years, though the prior treatments left her with incurable pain. Rather recently she was diagnosed as metastatic. The cancer moved to her pancreas and lungs. The pancreas did not show much risk, but the cancer in the lungs was slowly suffocating her. This is when she officially started chemo for the first time. She lost her hair and slowly became smaller and smaller.”
Published by Page Publishing, Lynn Klepper’s creative book features vibrant illustrations that bring the story and its character to life.
