Avernsys Launches Rotasal, a Route Optimization and Fleet Operations Platform for Last-Mile Delivery
Native Rust engine plans a 600-order delivery day in about 20 seconds; first pilots run with Istanbul fleets.
Dover, DE, November 06, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Avernsys Inc. today announced the launch of Rotasal, a route optimization and fleet operations platform for businesses that run their own last-mile delivery fleets. Rotasal covers the dispatch desk, the courier app and the customer tracking link in one system, and is now running pilots with delivery fleets in Istanbul.
Most last-mile fleets of a few dozen vehicles still plan routes by hand. A single planner drafts the day in a spreadsheet each morning and pushes it to drivers over messaging apps, with no live view of the fleet once vans leave the depot and failed stops replanned by phone at the end of the day. Fuel and driver hours dominate the cost of every drop, and 76 percent of retailers surveyed in 2025 said last-mile costs are still climbing.
"The most expensive kilometre in logistics is managed with the least software," said Doruk Yalçın, founder of Avernsys. "Most of the fleets we talk to have never used a routing tool at all. Our first competitor is the spreadsheet, and Rotasal is built to be the thing a fleet moves to when it leaves one."
Rotasal is built around a native optimization engine written in Rust. It plans a 600-order day across a whole fleet in about 20 seconds and replans around new or cancelled orders in three, so dispatchers can respond to the day as it happens rather than waiting for an overnight batch. A single solve handles up to 1,000 orders while respecting delivery time windows, vehicle weight and volume, driver shifts and breaks, multi-trip reloads, EV range and refuel stops, and live traffic. Plans are deterministic: the same orders produce the same plan on every run.
In simulations on Istanbul order sets, Rotasal's plans show 25 to 30 percent lower fuel spend than human dispatch, with 99.8 percent of stops arriving inside their delivery window. The platform includes a built-in comparison that runs the optimizer against a manual-dispatch baseline, cost line by cost line, so every fleet can audit those numbers on its own orders. Avernsys expects pilot fleets to report verified results on real fuel ledgers later this year.
The platform includes:
A dispatcher dashboard for uploading orders, solving routes, and approving and tracking the day on a live map.
A courier app with barcode-verified loading, turn-aware navigation, and photo and signature proof of delivery that keeps working without signal and syncs when coverage returns.
A customer tracking link showing courier location and arrival time, with self-service rescheduling for failed deliveries.
AI dispatcher and analyst copilots that draft bulk operations and answer operations questions in Turkish or English. Every write requires human confirmation, and every action is recorded in an audit log.
Rotasal runs on its own maps and traffic data rather than per-use mapping APIs, with road graphs, historical traffic patterns and local clocks already modelled for twelve cities including Istanbul, London, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Miami. Its AI assistants run on self-hosted models, and each customer's data is isolated per tenant and never shared or sold.
Rotasal is priced per vehicle per month across Starter, Growth and Enterprise tiers, with list pricing to be set with the pilot cohort. Fleet operators can request a free comparison by sending one day of their delivery list to Avernsys, which will plan it in Rotasal and show the cost with and without optimization, side by side.
