Kentrox Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Industry Leader Chosen to Bring Strong Financial Leadership and Experience for the Company’s Continued Growth.
Columbus, OH, July 31, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Kentrox, Inc., an innovator of site monitoring, management and control solutions for service providers, announced today the appointment of Michael P. Keegan as the company’s new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He will have responsibility for finance, accounting, information technology, as well as working with the executive team on corporate strategy, capital markets activities and mergers and acquisitions.
Keegan brings nearly 20 years of financial experience to Kentrox. Prior to joining the company, Keegan most recently worked for The Pizzuti Companies as Executive Vice President, where he oversaw financial management and operations. Previously, he held roles at Applied Innovation Inc. (acquired by Kentrox in 2007), including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. As COO, he directed all company functions including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance and administration. While CFO, he was responsible for corporate governance issues, financial management and accounting, human resources, information systems, and facilities management. Keegan also worked many years for Orbital Sciences Corporation where he was responsible for the management of accounting and financial reporting for the publicly held, multi-national aerospace company during a rapid growth period.
