Sahara by Sohan Soft-Launched October 1: Quiet-Luxury Outerwear, Draped in Intention

New York, NY, October 08, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Sahara by Sohan, a quiet-luxury outerwear house, opened its soft launch on October 1 with the AW26 private lookbook and the First Forty: forty custom design slots reserved for the house's debut clients.

The debut centers on the SHR-002-DB, a double-breasted cropped leather jacket in deep oxblood. Cut with a peak lapel and a sculpturally darted back, it closes with six shank-back buttons — an oxblood leather face rimmed in antique brass — and two smaller matching buttons at the cuff. The jacket performs twice: once worn, once removed. Inside, over the heart, a gold poppy embroidered on satin lining; inside the collar, the words: "IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW."

The founder calls the gesture the quiet flex — the moment the jacket comes off and the interior does the talking.

“I wanted a jacket that speaks quietly and means it,” said Kelvin Stroud, founder of Sahara by Sohan. “The outside is discipline. The inside is the signature. That is the whole house.”
