Recent Release, "God Was There," from Covenant Books Author Frances Baynor Parnell, Explores Fifty-Six Memoirs Revealing Divine Intervention Across a Faithful Life

Wilmington, NC, October 13, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Frances Baynor Parnell has completed a new book, "God Was There: 56 Memoirs and Testimonies Reflecting a Lifetime," a testament to the author's profound spiritual journey. Through fifty-six distinct narratives, Parnell invites readers into moments where the Triune God's quiet presence shaped her path from childhood through adulthood. Each story functions as both memoir and testimony, unveiling the systematic ways Divine guidance unfolded in her life as she pursued God's purpose with steadfast devotion.

At eighty-eight years old, Parnell brings decades of experience as an acclaimed, retired family and consumer sciences educator, textbook author, and community servant. Her distinguished career earned her the prestigious Order of the Long Leaf Pine, North Carolina's highest civilian honor, recognizing her extraordinary dedication to enriching countless lives. With previous publications spanning educational curricula, practical wellness guides, and environmental conservation materials, she now turns her considerable gifts toward the spiritual realm, offering her first work in this deeply personal genre.

"God Was There" presents themes of Divine providence, personal transformation, and the centrality of individual worth within God's grand design. Readers will encounter familiar stories alongside revelatory accounts, each capable of inspiring new perspectives and behavioral shifts. Some narratives celebrate answered prayers; others illuminate unexpected blessings; all demonstrate how steadfast faith shapes a life of abundance. This intimate collection reveals not a finished journey, but an ongoing conversation between a devoted seeker and her faithful God.

"My life's work has always centered on helping others flourish," said the author. "These fifty-six memoirs represent my deepest gratitude for God's unwavering faithfulness, and my earnest hope that readers will recognize His presence in their own stories."

Published by Covenant Books, Parnell's stirring work offers readers a reflective companion for their own spiritual pilgrimages. These testimonies demonstrate that Divine intervention continues across every season of life, inviting believers to recognize God's hand in their circumstances.

Readers who wish to experience this faith-filled work can purchase "God Was There" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
