netCustomer Appoints Former Oracle and PeopleSoft Executive as Chairman of Board of Advisors as the Company Prepares for Aggressive Growth

Hare brings over 30 years of enterprise software support experience. He served as the senior vice president of global product support at Oracle where he led the company to become the first enterprise software provider to be certified globally by J.D. Power and Associates for Outstanding Customer Service Excellence. As the chairman, board of advisors at netCustomer, Hare will guide strategic direction and serve as an expert on the support needs of today’s enterprise applications customers.

While at PeopleSoft, he led the worldwide Global Support Center operations to achieve Support Center Practices (SCP) certification, and the worldwide Global Customer Care and the Product Support Advisor organizations to achieve ISO certification. David Hare currently sits on the J.D. Power & Associates standards board for Certified Technology Service and Support. Hare has also held executive management positions at Deltek, Redback Networks , Aspect Communications, Baan Company, Amdahl Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
