Recent Release, "The Night Patrolman," from Page Publishing Author Phillip Martin Jr., Follows a Teenager Who Encounters a Supernatural Enforcer

Beaverton, OR, October 28, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Phillip Martin JR. has completed a new book, "The Night Patrolman," a thrilling narrative that introduces Andre, a regular kid navigating the vibrant streets of Philadelphia, until an encounter with a vampire wielding a badge forever alters his trajectory. What begins as a clash of wills transforms into an unexpected alliance as Andre finds himself drawn into a world far darker and more complex than he ever imagined. This ensemble cast—a determined youth, a construction worker, an exorcist, a vampire enforcer, a bishop, and a merciless creature—collides across nonstop action sequences that define the story's relentless momentum.

The author brings a wealth of life experience to his craft. As a retired Navy veteran and lifelong storyteller, Phillip Martin JR. spent years stationed across the globe, from Yokosuka, Japan, to Sigonella, Sicily, before settling near Portland, Oregon, with his family. These varied perspectives inform his worldbuilding and character development, lending authenticity to both the familiar and the fantastical elements woven throughout his prose.

"The Night Patrolman" explores the eternal struggle between light and darkness through a sprawling narrative arc that spans from storied Philadelphia streets to the shadowed confines of the Master's lair, from Los Angeles's sprawling avenues to secret Vatican-controlled compounds. Readers will discover how the hidden chasm between life's struggles and death's finality shapes every choice these characters make, ultimately revealing what lies in the everlasting void between these opposing forces.

"I wanted to craft a story that honored both the gritty realism of urban life and the supernatural intrigue that captivates our imagination," said Martin. "Andre's journey became a vehicle to explore themes of loyalty, redemption, and the price of power in a world where good and evil wear unexpected faces."

Published by Page Publishing, Phillip Martin JR.'s riveting work offers readers an immersive escape into a world where supernatural forces collide with human determination. This narrative explores profound questions about identity, allegiance, and survival in a landscape where nothing is as it seems.

Readers who wish to experience this enthralling work can purchase "The Night Patrolman" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.
