)-- Earlier this year, Xynomix's new Oracle database support customer identified a requirement for support services for its large oracle estate, which incorporates a number of high end technologies. This month, they purchased a comprehensive management and support contract from Xynomix.
Says the Director of Xynomix's new client: "Effective management for our Oracle Estate is vital to the running of the business. Xynomix have taken time to assess our database environment and have provided a bespoke solution for the comprehensive support of our Oracle database".
Xynomix has stated that the deal, which should save the manufacturer around £50,000 per annum on DBA expenses, will involve 24x7 / 365 remote database monitoring, database performance tuning and Oracle licence management for the entire Oracle database estate.
