Recent Release, "Miss Biddlewick gets even with Santa!" Introduces a Deliciously Complex Villain Whose Schemes to Outsmart Santa Lead to Unexpected Redemption

Baltimore, MD, October 26, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Donna & Eve Shavatt have completed a new book, "Miss Biddlewick gets even with Santa!" — a rhyming holiday tale that follows Bobbi Biddlewick from childhood disappointment into adulthood revenge. When her cherished letter to Santa never arrives, young Bobbi's crushing letdown transforms into burning resentment, fueling three decades of elaborate plots against the jolly gift-giver. Yet as Christmas approaches in Twinkletown, her mischievous schemes begin drawing the community together in unexpected ways.

Sisters Donna and Eve Shavatt bring years of collaborative storytelling to this festive narrative, having previously crafted compassionate workbooks to help children navigate grief and bereavement. Their partnership deepened through seven years of weekly newspaper humor columns for the Annapolis Capital and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and they've long understood how to weave profound emotional truths into accessible, engaging prose. This Christmas book represents their first venture into seasonal fiction, blending their signature rhyming verse with character depth.

"Miss Biddlewick gets even with Santa!" explores themes of disappointment, forgiveness, and the authentic meaning of Christmas beyond material possessions. Readers will discover that beneath Miss Biddlewick's villainous exterior lies a tender, misunderstood heart. This uplifting story illuminates how friendship and love possess transformative power.

"We wanted to create a character who felt real, while ultimately showing that hope and joy blossom when we choose compassion over resentment," said the authors.

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, this enchanting work invites families to experience the redemptive power of Christmas through rhyme and heart. This holiday classic will inspire readers of all ages to reconsider what truly matters during the season.
