Third Quarter (Q3) Results for Absolute Storage Management

Memphis, TN, November 05, 2026 --(PR.com)-- Absolute Storage Management (Absolute), a leading third-party management company for self-storage facilities in the United States, announced operating results for the three months and year-to-date ending September 30, 2026.

2026 Highlights for Three-Month Period Ending September 30, 2026:

Maintained a stable same-store revenue vs. the same period in 2025.

Acquired one (1) management contract for an operating facility.

2026 Highlights for Nine-Month Period Ending September 30, 2026:

Increased same-store revenue by 0.15% vs. the same period in 2025.

Increased unit occupancy by 1% vs the same period in 2025.

Delinquency balances remained stable in the 1-30 days old category vs the same period in 2025.

Reduced vacated units by 1.4% vs. the same period in 2025.

Increased Expected Income by 1.2% vs. the same period in 2025.

Added nine (9) stores to the third-party management portfolio.

Absolute's 2026 same-store portfolio consists of 98 stabilized properties that have been managed by the Company since January 1, 2025. These properties average approximately 60,300 rentable square feet and have been managed by Absolute for approximately 8.5 years. Collectively, this same-store portfolio includes more than 44,000 storage units comprising nearly 6 million rentable square feet.
