Patch Products Games Will Entertain Red Robin Guests

Beloit, WI, August 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Diners at Red Robin® restaurants nationwide will satisfy their minds along with their appetites when they play the award-winning Buzzword® game and the brand-new Buzzword Junior game.

Patch Products and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers are teaming up to offer restaurant guests the chance to sample both games while dining at Red Robin. Starting Nov. 3, Red Robin guests will receive drink coasters printed with game clues so diners can spend time quizzing each other while their meal is prepared.

“The family atmosphere at Red Robin is a perfect place for people to try our games,” said Lisa Wuennemann, director of marketing at Patch Products. “Both Red Robin and Patch Products are dedicated to helping families have fun while spending time together. We’re very excited about this new partnership.”

Buzzword and Buzzword Junior are shout-it-out family games in which players solve a set of clues, and all the answers contain the Buzzword. For example, if the buzzword is “cake” and the clue is “a dessert fit for a mouse,” the answer would be “cheesecake.”

As part of the promotion, Buzzword and Buzzword Junior also will be featured on kid’s meal menus and buttons worn by Red Robin servers. In exchange, Patch will include free Red Robin kid’s meal coupons in the retail versions of Buzzword and Buzzword Junior. Games with the coupons will be marked “Free Red Robin Kid’s Meal Offer Inside” and are available for a limited time. Promotional marketing agency, Strottman International, based in Irvine, Calif., developed and brokered the partnership.
