American Idol Has Radio Contender; New Celebrity Hosted Int'l Audition Radio Show Launching On WELE 1380AM w/ Worldwide Streaming

Ormond Beach, FL, April 27, 2006 --(PR.com)-- American Idol finally has a contender. Where is it? At radio. On Sat., May 20, 2006 at 2 p.m., a New, Celebrity Hosted, Reality Music Talk & Talent Contest Radio Show titled Audition Radio will be launched on WELE 1380 AM - “Daytona’s most powerful station… 5000 watts”- with worldwide streaming on the internet at www.WELE1380.com

Audition Radio, featuring one of our nation’s #1 Multi-Platinum Hit Record Producers & Songwriters, Mr. Michael Jonzun, as show host, is a record breaking ground for not only Solo Unsigned Artists, but Newly Signed Artists (2 yrs. or less), bands, and choirs as well. Entrants can perform music from most any genre, but it must be “ORIGINAL”, or at minimum, be an extremely unique rendition of a cover song. The music talk segments of the show will discuss current music industry issues, news, events, interviews, and answer listeners’ questions about the biz.

Mr. Jonzun (a/k/a Michael Johnson & M. Johnson), brings to listeners over 30+ years of music & entertainment industry experience, a track record that touts (13) #1, (15) “Top 10”, & (25) “Top 40” Billboard Chart Hits, and 200+ million records & videos sold worldwide in most every genre from hip-hop to pop and rock on 50+ Super Star Artists, including: D4L (“Laffy Taffy”; recently peaked at #1 on Billboard Charts1/7/06), Maurice Starr, Peter Wolf w/ Mick Jaggar, New Edition, New Kids On The Block, LL Cool J, Mase, 112, Ben E. How does the contest work? Bands and Music Artists from around the nation will battle it out for the # 1 position in our “Music Showdown Countdown” Winners will be selected weekly by show staff. Listeners give candid feedback and comments, either on our website, or live on-air, about Artists- - who’s a “Super Star” & who’s a “Blooper Star”. First place winners receive a Trophy of Recognition, an On-Air Interview, a listing on the AuditionRadio.com website with a sound byte, and Airplay of the Winning Composition. Second & Third place winners receive a Certificate of Commendation and listing with sound byte on the website.

There are three ways to be considered for inclusion on the show: 1.)
