Londonderry, NH, August 09, 2008 --(PR.com
)-- In fall 2008, Capital Area Veterinary Emergency Services (CAVES) will be moving into a new 13,000 square foot building dedicated exclusively to emergency and referral veterinary care. The newer facility will accommodate a larger number of surgical suites, exam rooms and procedure rooms, as well as hospitalization and critical care.
The firm designing and constructing this project is Stenbak Design Associates, Inc. of Londonderry, NH. Stenbak Design Associates are Architects and Construction Managers. They provide both services under one roof because experience has taught them that when the design and construction duties are handled by the same firm, the project runs far more smoothly.
The new facility addresses current market’s needs, as well as looking into the future with the latest technology in equipment and facility amenities. The Capital Area Veterinary Emergency Service clinic is currently staffed with Emergency Veterinarians, Referral Veterinarians, and Veterinary Technicians.
CAVES was formed by a group of Concord area veterinarians to meet the needs of emergency care and referral specialty medicine for animals and be a central location for pet owners. This facility will be located on Fort Eddy Road at Intervale Road, less than 1/2 mile from the present facility.
Financing for the project is provided by Merrimack County Savings Bank, with the assistance of the Capital Regional Development Council, as the SBA affiliate.
