Starting January 1, 2009 they will be programming KPHX 1480 AM in Phoenix and bringing the timeless music we know as "The Great American Songbook" back to traditional radio in the Phoenix area.
The first meeting of the Phoenix Area Chapter of Lounge Lizards in Exile is on Friday January 2, 2009 around 6:30 pm, at Johnny's Uptown, 40 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85012, corner of Central and Camelback in the Uptown Plaza Shopping Center. They will have martini glasses, tee-shirts and hats to give away.
