Experienced Revenue Assurance and Fraud Manager from Latin America Joins GRAPA Faculty for 2011

Pamela Noriega, experienced Telecoms Fraud and Revenue Assurance manager, will be joining GRAPA’s faculty to develop new training curriculum and to work with members of the Latin American community in order to further GRAPA’s ability to meet the needs of Latin American telcos.

Chicago, IL, October 31, 2010 --(PR.com)-- In preparation for new growth in 2011, GRAPA is pleased to announce the addition of Pamela Noriega as one of the newest faculty members. Pamela has joined the GRAPA teaching staff to assist with the growing demand for more training classes and new curriculum options. She will be assisting with the development of new curriculum, and will begin to take on teaching courses in both English and Spanish on topics in Revenue Assurance and Fraud starting in late 2011.

"I'm excited about the chance to work more closely with the members and being able to interact with them as a faculty member," Pamela commented when asked about this opportunity. "I have been consistently impressed with the value added by the experiences and knowledge shared by each member, bringing much-needed diversity in terms of ideas and backgrounds. This sharing of ideas enriches the learning community in immeasurable ways, and I am so excited to be a part of it."

Pamela joins the GRAPA staff after working for the past four years as Revenue Assurance and Fraud Manager for Nuevatel Bolivia, where she was tasked with starting up the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management department from the ground up. Having successfully accomplished this, she managed to lead her group to become one of the most successful RA and Fraud Management teams in Latin America.

She attributes much of her success to her extensive experience in Finance, Risk Analysis, and Project Management in industries as diverse as banking and telecommunications, and she is excited to utilize this expertise in developing new, up-to-date curriculum to bring to the classroom and share with students around the world.

Pamela will officially begin teaching GRAPA training courses in Spanish starting in 2011, and will be working on developing new curriculum and certification training programs for GRAPA starting in October 2010. Her first step will be to begin updating the GRAPA Standards for 2011.
