)-- Launched less than two weeks ago, the Heroes of the North Season 2 fundraising campaign graced the homepage of IndieGogo yesterday, a major milestone for the crowdfunding initiative of the multi-award-winning transmedia webseries.
Hailed as one of the most extensive and well-developed Indiegogo campaigns ever seen by several pundits and crowdfunding experts, the fundraising campaigns aims to help the creator to increase the production value, the length of the episodes and the overall scope of the popular series.
The objective is to raise $100,000 to cover the cost of salaries, locations, food, costumes, equipments, and other things needed to produce 10 x 22 minutes episodes of the award-winning superhero Web Series. They want to go bigger and better in every way with even more heroes and heroines (in fact at least one per province and territory), more villains, more action, more effects, and way more ambitious locations.
Heroes of the North is produced and distributed by Movie Seals Digital Inc.
This campaign will receive all funds raised even if it does not reach its goal.
