The SAMC consulting practice has worked wtih hosptials as well as physician practices; Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM's) alongside manufacturers themselves; customer Care companies, educational institutions and non-profits; start-ups, turn-arounds and well-established companies. Their commonality was their need to change.
We offer our proprietary ChangeMap process and our approach to finding "bluswimmers"-- getting management out of their offices and into the field to see, feel and think in new ways.
