The Moorpark College Foundation invites businesses to participate in its “Christmas in July” – the kick-off for the inaugural “Holiday Lights at Moorpark College” event in December. For Christmas in July, businesses must hang 1 or 2 strings of white holiday lights on the roof or around windows on Sat., July 23, indicating support for Moorpark College. SAGE Publications, an independent international publisher of journals, books and electronic media with headquarters in Thousand Oaks, has partnered with the Osher Foundation to benefit Moorpark College students every year with two $500 scholarships.
