Doylestown, PA, August 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- DUMC (Doylestown United Methodist Church) announces the starting date of the fall session of its DivorceCare program. DivorceCare is designed to help move people beyond the pain of separation, divorce, or the end of a long-term relationship. People are welcome to join the group at any time in the cycle.

For the first time, DUMC will be offering divorce recovery programs for the whole family. This semester, the church is offering the big D: divorce through the eyes of a teen, a 12-week journey for teens experiencing separation or divorce in their families. This program is targeted for teens ages 13-17.

DUMC will continue to offer DivorceCare for kids (DC4K), a program for children ages 5-12, which coordinates with the adult class. Childcare will be provided for children younger than 5, children older than 12 are encouraged to attend the big D sessions.

These programs begin each week with a complementary casual supper at 6:00 pm, followed immediately by class. Participants of the big D are invited to join the casual supper or spend time with teens in a relaxed environment prior to each session. A separate “food extravaganza” for big D participants will occur during each session.

For more information, check the respective websites: www.divorcecare.org or www.dc4k.org. The big D web site is currently being built and new material is being added frequently. Check www.dumc.org for updates under the big D link.
