ThumbPeople Video Release Expected to Create Ripple Causes Whitecap

Burnsville, MN, October 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- ThumbPeople, Inc., the producer of children’s literature and music with the goal of building self confidence in children through creatively fun methods, unleashed their first video today.

The ThumbPeople video, “First Steps Prove Tricky, Watch me Fall and Laugh” currently posted on YouTube, is the first of a string of videos expected to be released by year end.

ThumbPeople founder, Mark Arens, has received much response to the ThumbPeople message and its impact on positive youth development. The message is communicated by “Thumbuddy” the thumbprint character who relays the concept that just as your thumb leaves your unique thumbprint everywhere you go, your life also leaves a unique imprint in the world. Arens says, “The response to this message has been amazing and truly reflective of how hungry people are for words that encourage them to be all they were created to be and affirm that they are a miracle!”

What started out as a simple thumbprint drawing has evolved into “Thumbuddy” the thumbprint character now featured in a series of children’s books, CD’s, children’s theme parties, motivational speaking engagements where Arens encourages people with the ThumbPeople message to “leave their unique imprint in the world,” and as of today, is making a significant impact in the arena of video.

Marilyn Araeipour, Early Childhood Program Instructor & Supervisor at Northeast Iowa College says “ThumbPeople emphasizes the profound and essential truth that every child is unique, special and lovable. What a world it will be when this truth is realized by every child! The positive impact on humanity will be significant.”

The “First Steps Prove Tricky, Watch me Fall and Laugh” video can be viewed on YouTube.
