Outskirts Press Announces the Butterfly Cometh from Author Diana Webb

St. Louis, MO, November 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- From Prison to Peace — Author Chronicles Spiritual Journey in The Butterfly Cometh.

We live in an era of war. There are political battles being waged, the drug wars, wars against crime and environmental threats, and the wars that can rage within our souls. Outskirts Press author Diana Webb knows this all too well. Caught in the crossfire of the 1990s drug war, Webb was handed a 12 and a half year prison sentence for conspiracy to manufacture meth. It was an unjust punishment that served to inspire Webb to seek inner truth and happiness. The Butterfly Cometh is the story of that quest.

The Butterfly Cometh does not focus on Webb’s prison term or her experiences with the court system, physical threats, or domestic violence—as it very well could have. Instead, it is a 171-day spiritual voyage through the intricate workings of the heart and mind. It chronicles the transformational journey of peeling back the layers of a self-absorbed soul and standing naked—in the ultimate freedom. This book will strengthen character, enhance friendships, and help the reader experience wisdom while embracing the love of God.

“Until the soul stands naked and free, we can only see the world in shades of gray. When we rid ourselves of the garbage that has accumulated around our hearts, crushing our life force, glory shines in Technicolor.”

Each one of us is called upon to reach out to others. The personal journey Diana writes about is an incredible odyssey of motivation, reality and transformation. The book outlines a no-holds-barred approach to validating your life. Judging by the quality of many lives today, we, each, might be the wiser to extend a listening ear.
