About the Author

Renee Lanham is a student of the human condition, wielding the written craft to enrapture the mind much like an artist wields a brush. The pages are a blank canvas on which to draw from a talent heralded by many and matched only by an imagination that rises to the task.

Life (a book of poems) will move and inspire as it speaks to your soul and spirit. Born February 25, 1970 in Augusta, Georgia and raised in Bath, South Carolina. She is the second oldest of nine siblings. Renee began writing at a very young age. It wasn't until her late twenties that she really developed her literary skills. This is the first book of poems she has written. The author says, "I've found that the art of writing is creating, and it allows you to go anywhere you want to go, be anyone you desire to be. It creates a whole new world beyond imagination."
