UGP Patient Advocates will work with enrolled employees and providers to confirm and verify eligibility prior to a visit.

UGP Patient Advocates will assist enrolled employees to attempt to negotiate down large provider bills.

UGP Patient Advocates will assist enrolled employees who have large bills to connect with available charity, state, federal and local aid agencies to gain further assistance.
