Port Charlotte, FL, March 24, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dennis Kotaska of American Homes, LLC, and Rob Struckman “Green” consultant, present the FGBC, Florida Green Building Coalition Certification to Port Charlotte homeowners Cynthia and John Berlen. The rating is given after testing and inspection verifies the reduction in energy consumption of the home. The new 3,700 square foot home on Branch Avenue in Port Charlotte was built with materials to reduce energy consumption as well as to promote a healthier environment.
