Dallas Firm Approves Bailout of Corporate Training Programs

Pursuit of Excellence Inc., to recruit and certify independent trainers to fill the void created by the slashing of corporate training budgets.

Dallas, TX, April 30, 2009 --(PR.com)-- To assist companies which have been forced to slash their training budgets, Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., has launched a campaign to recruit and train a team of independent coaches and facilitators. These recruits will be certified in a variety of training modalities and specialized programs designed to meet the educational needs of corporate executives, managerial and non-managerial personnel.

A Career Open House is scheduled on May 14, 2009, at 6:00PM at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Suites, located at 7800 Alpha Rd., Dallas, Texas 75240. Any person with a desire to become a certified Independent Trainer or Facilitator may attend.

As a direct result of a declining economy many small to medium sized companies have been forced to decrease or eliminate internal training programs. According to Marie Diaz, CEO of Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., a Dallas based Human Resources Outsource Provider, “In this marketplace, companies are wise to reduce costs and reallocate available resources to shore up their core competencies. However, the need for adequate and focused training is now even more critical to enable personnel to adapt to rapid change and accept new roles and assignments. Companies need training programs which provide immediate impact, are closely tailored to their specific needs, and which produce measurable results.”

“The decision to recruit an independent training force is guided by a desire to seize upon existing opportunities,” says Kevin Dworaczyk, Director of Human Resources and Organization Development for Pursuit of Excellence, Inc. “The wave of corporate downsizing has created a pool of job hunters many of which are highly skilled and experienced personnel. We believe that by training these individuals to teach and facilitate corporate educational programs, we are providing them with a new set of skills which will take them from unemployed, to being in business for themselves. At the same time, our Company is poised to supply the business market with qualified trainers equipped with years of practical experience in many facets of the corporate environment.”

Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., was founded in 1994 to provide small to medium sized companies with a full range of human resource services including human resource risk assessment and risk management, organizational development, payroll processing and employee benefits administration and executive recruiting. These offerings create the acronym H.O.P.E. which gives rise to the Company’s motto: Delivering H.O.P.E. to businesses and industry worldwide.

The Company offers a series of training programs in the areas of organizational development, leadership, teamwork, personal effectiveness and sales. These programs range from basic to advanced, and may be customized to meet the demands of most organizations. Pursuit of Excellence, Inc., is also developing web-based courses, for top-level executives to meet the demand for flexible programs that can be completed quickly whether in the office or while on the road.
