Maroochydore Icon Receives Facelift

Maroochydore, Australia, May 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- One of Maroochydore and indeed the Sunshine Coast’s original high rise holiday buildings has received a new lease of life with major exterior renovations.

Elouera Tower, situated on Sixth Avenue in the popular Cotton Tree `Golden Triangle’ precinct has been fully cement rendered, painted and had new balcony rails fitted. This, combined with renewal of the resort’s tennis court, pool, and barbecue facilities has made a remarkable difference to the apparent age of the building.

Gerry Harte, the owner of the Holiday Letting business servicing Elouera, says that there have also been significant upgrades within the building as well. “Our two elevators have been totally modernised, with the latest computerised drive system installed in the motor room. This has resulted in a very smooth ride with barely noticeable stops and starts.”
