Griefshare at Bel Air United Methodist Church in Maryland

Bel Air United Methodist Church will start their fall Griefshare session.

Bel Air, MD, August 25, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Bel Air United Methodist Church will start their fall session of Griefshare on Tuesday September 12th, 2006 starting at 7 pm in room 115. Childcare will be provided.

Griefshare is a Christian based program that helps people through the journey of grief. Each program features biblical teaching along with a powerful video and discussion.  Through the video you will meet experts like  Joni Eareckson Tada, Kay Arthur,Elisabeth Elliot, Dr. Jack Hayford, Barbara Johnson, Anne Graham Lotz, H. Norman Wright and many others who will share their stories and insight on Grief. 

If you are mourning the death of someone close and wondering if what you are feeling is normal, Griefshare maybe able to help. The Griefshare sessions run for 13 weeks and take you through the many facets of grief.  There are topics such as: When your dreams fall apart, The Seasons of Grief, Emotions of Grief, When your spouse dies, Your family and grief, Where is God, Your Greatest resource, Grief recovery tool kit and many others. 

The facillitators of Griefshare are people who have experienced the death of someone close and understand.  Bel Air United Methodist has sponsored Griefshare for several years and continues to support those who are mourning.
