Wicked Choppers to Storm into Atlantic City Chopperfest

Three Major Casinos have invited the Myrtle Beach custom bike manufacturer to show hot bikes in lobby and has hired MAYO Communications to promote events.

Los Angeles, CA, June 15, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Wicked Choppers™ is set to rumble into Atlantic City this fall, stirring up a storm of activity at the Atlantic City Chopperfest as well as three major casinos along the city’s fable boardwalk.  The Myrtle Beach, SC-based custom bike manufacturer will bring its full 65’rig into the Atlantic City Chopperfest, which takes place October 7-9, 2005, at the Atlantic City Convention Center and is expected to draw more than 30,000 for “three days of bikes, babes, ink and music.”  Wicked Choppers was also invited to display their one-of-a-kind creations at three of the local casinos.

“It’s really an honor to be rolling into Atlantic City this fall with our full rig, and especially to be invited by some of the local casinos to show our bikes in their lobbies,” said Chris Shoemaker, CEO of Wicked Choppers.  “From one show to the next, the buzz about our new bikes just seems to get louder.”

Quickly positioning itself as one of the country’s premier custom bike manufacturers, Wicked Choppers is not without a number of recent accolades.  One such honor went to the “Wicked Warlock” which won Best of Show at the Easyriders Louisville, KY, bike show earlier this year. Warlock, as well as Wicked Choppers’ Legend and Storm, feature the unique custom-made frames, patented in tank gages and the uniquely fabricated tanks and fenders which give them their one of a kind look.

“Each custom chopper that Wicked Choppers builds is done so with the owner in mind.  From the design, fabrication, engine and rear tire size, each part flows in harmony,” said Chris Shoemaker, CEO of Wicked Choppers.  “We build custom motorcycles for those who do not want the run of the mill bike. We will never copy another one of our bikes or someone else’s. Each Wicked Chopper is an absolute original. If you want your bike to look like all of the others, you can just buy a Harley. But if you want to be truly unique, buy a Wicked Chopper.”

Shoemaker noted that the Best of Show winner, Warlock, features a soft tail Prostreet frame, is +5 in the backbone and -4 in the down tube and includes all two-inch steel tubing in the frame, an internal throttle and Wicked Choppers’ own internal clutch with a custom cover. It also comes with the signature “W bars,” adjustable proportional valve, which is mounted under the transmission so that the foot break controls front and rear breaks. TP show polished 107 with dual Webber Carburetors puts more than 112 HP on the huge 280-rear tire. The patented in-tank speedometer and tachometer are built into the gas tank and come alive when the engine is started. Another feature includes a taillight and running lights hidden in the rear fender, along with many more hidden features.

“The Storm is our next showstopper,” said Shoemaker. “The Storm is smooth and flowing, not sharp and ticked-off like some of our other choppers. We have spent a lot of time in the designing stages of this bike so that each time you look at it you’ll find something you never noticed before.”

Shoemaker said the Wicked Legend is “one of those custom bikes that started out as one bike but transformed into another over a couple of beers late one night in the shop. The Legend is a throwback to old school choppers. We have the Springer front end; spoke wheels and the custom Wicked ape hanger bars, but with a twist.”

Wicked Choppers is a certified motorcycle manufacturer, meaning that the custom motorcycles are insurable and can be financed. The custom choppers start at $30,000.00 and are built to each individual customer’s specifications. Most bikes are completed in three months or less.  Wicked Choppers also services its bikes for free for the entire time of ownership. They carry a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, and it services all manufacturers’ warranties of the parts used on the bikes.

Later this month Wicked Choppers will officially open its brand new store and factory on Saturday, June 25th, Myrtle Beach, SC., where free posters of Miss Wicked Choppers will be autographed and the latest hot Wicked Choppers outfits will be sold.
