When a guest or outside caller using Innovation’s auto-attendant requests transfer to a guest room, they are required to enter the first 3 digits of the guest’s last name in order to complete the transfer. This step effectively prevents unwanted callers from connecting to the guest, protecting their privacy and improving security.

Therefore, existing Innovation Voicemail users can take advantage of the feature simply by enabling it.
