Puna Kamalii Flowers, Inc. is Recognized by Mayor Harry Kim

Keaau, HI, May 04, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Puna Kamalii Flowers, Inc. was presented an award from Hawaii County Mayor Harry Kim recognizing their success in receiving the US Small Business Minority Champion of the Year 2006 award.  

Puna Kamalii Flowers, Inc. was nominated by Keene Fujinaka and Art Taniguchi, Bank of Hawai.  

Mayor Harry Kim spent time in his office with the award recipients, sharing his dreams for the Big Island of Hawaii and his appreciation for the award winners efforts to create a positive future for persons with disabilties on the Big Island. 

PKF, Inc. is a corporation with the goal of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities in employment.  PKF, Inc. trains persons in job coaching to provide on the job hourly employment (Job Coach) support for a individual with developmental disabilities who needs a support person to be gainfully employed.  

Presently, PKF, Inc. is seeking employers willing to employ an individual with developmental disabilities who has a hourly PKF, Inc. job coach supporter.
