Ieei.tv Succeeds in the Great Outdoors, Provides Workflow Solutions for The Outdoor Channel, Attending IBC Amsterdam to Display Successful Systems

Ieei.tv provided Outdoor Channel (America's leader in outdoor television), with a workflow solution for their video production and storage needs. With this and countless other successful partnerships to highlight, ieei.tv and Apace Systems will be exhibiting their workflow solution systems at this year’s IBC show in Amsterdam, Netherlands September 11th through the 15th in Apace Systems Booth #7.k27.

Newport Beach, CA, September 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Ieei.tv, a branch of 33 year old systems integrator IEEI, digital storage specialist and Apace Systems Gold Channel Partner, announces it’s successful relationship with The Outdoor Channel, and will exhibit these workflow systems at IBC 2009.

Outdoor Channel, America’s leader in Outdoor television, needed to replace their existing Apple 40TB Xsan with something easier to manage, but with more power and a larger capacity. They also needed a full service MAM and the ability to do file based production and editorial movement to their on air Harris Nexio server while including a QC and web services data path.

Leveraging from Apace Systems end-to-end workflow and storage platform technology, Ieei.tv met and exceeded their challenge by using Apace vStor video servers (60TB), including Apace postMAM for the Production, Promos and Editorial departments. They also used Apace eStor and Apace “Transporter” software to manage file push from Apace to Nexio and file pull from Nexio back to Apace for archive.

With this and countless other successful partnerships to highlight, ieei.tv and Apace Systems will be exhibiting their workflow solution systems at this year’s IBC show in Amsterdam, Netherlands September 11th through the 15th in Apace Systems Booth #7.k27.

Ieei.tv and Apace Systems will showcase its advanced Media Asset Management (postMAM) and remote browser based rough cut editing solutions (view), running on its storage servers at this event. They have P2 and XDCAM direct ingest camera support into our postMAM. They can stream-line your ingest, media editing, storage consolidation/backup, media access/search and distribution all from a single server storage platform that can scale by adding more storage clusters to the IP based network.
