Boulder, CO, September 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Boulder Emergency Squad-B.E.S. announced today the election of Andrew J.C. Moschetti as its newest President and Chief. The 45-year all volunteer rescue team elected Moschetti as its youngest to ever hold that position.

"Along with several other key volunteer agencies, I rely on the B.E.S. volunteers to help our County and my department perform essential rescue functions", said Pelle.

He holds degrees from the University of Colorado in Molecular-Cellular-Developmental Biology, Japanese Language and Literature, and Architecture.

Boulder Emergency Squad maintains high proficiency levels necessary to deliver services.
