Using a Web site interface over a secure network, iGroupPlanner™ creates an environment that enables both professional, non-professional meeting and event planners and event promoters to communicate and conduct business with hotel sales staff, hotel National Sales Offices (NSOs), Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs), venues and vendors all within the same platform. This environment also sets the stage for the integration of group air, group car, group bus, and group tickets and attractions.
