)-- Val Fujii, owner of Fujii Fitness and a Folsom personal trainer, is proud to announce that starting in January, Nicole Markos will be running the fitness camp classes held at Four Seasons of El Dorado Hills. Four Seasons Fitness Camp is where active baby-boomers and seniors go to pursue their health and fitness goals.
“I have been running the fitness boot camps at Four Seasons for one year and have gotten so much joy and pleasure from working with such active and energetic seniors,” Fujii says. Fujii goes on to add, “As much as I will miss working with this group every week, I felt it was time to introduce a new trainer to the class. Nicole will bring many new ideas to help grow the program and truly enjoys teaching others and strives to help people learn how to make the necessary changes to live a healthier lifestyle.”
According to Four Seasons resident Carole Miller, who has been a member of the camp for the past year, “One word best describes my training experience with Fujii Fitness: balance. They positively encourage me to practice strengthening body balance. Fujii Fitness emphasizes the importance of balancing, good nutrition with cardio exercise and weight training. This is a life-changing event, with good health being the successful result.”
Four Seasons Fitness Camp classes are designed specifically for active seniors who are looking for a fun, yet challenging workout. Starting January 4th, Four Seasons Fitness Camp classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 7:30am-8:30am at Four Seasons of El Dorado Hills, 3186 Four Seasons Drive. In celebration of the camp’s one year anniversary, a special two-week free trial will be offered. For more detailed information, please visit www.FourSeasonsFitnessCamp.com.
