FEWJapan: Women's Executive Organization Holds Healthy Lifestyle Event: the Natural Way to Kickstart 2010

January meeting speakers August Hergesheimer and Susie Rucker, are experts at weight loss, detox, and anti-aging tips that fit with the fast pace of Tokyo life.

At this meeting, Rucker and Hergesheimer will detail simple, actionable ways to change bad habits and create a better daily routine. The event will include a Japan-focused array of healthy lifestyle information and advice, including such topics as:

weight loss
food intolerance

About FEW
FEW was founded in 1981 by two foreign female entrepreneurs wishing to create a professional and social network empowering women in Tokyo. Members include a broad cross section of professionals from marketers, journalists, entertainment specialists, attorneys and bankers to freelance photographers, translators and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. Members also include women at the start of their careers such as students and interns. Since September 2008, membership has been open to English-speaking Japanese nationals.
