Orlando, FL, February 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Over the course of 2010, ProductionHUB.com will be revamping their site, and periodically unveiling new features to better meet users’ needs, just as they have done over the last 10 years. Set for mid-February, 2010, the first series of changes include the rollout of the new My Account section along with the site’s latest feature, Recommendations.

The new My Account page will be even easier for users to set up, navigate and manage their content on ProductionHUB, the business networking community for those behind the camera: from film/television and video, to audio/visual, live event and digital media production. The new My Account page will include the addition of Recommendations, which will work similar to recommendations on other networking sites, such as LinkedIn. The new Recommendations profile option allows users to recommend people and companies they have worked with and even leave a comment about their experiences with them.

“ProductionHUB has evolved over the years to rival social networking sites, like Facebook and MySpace,” says John Pokorny, President and Founder of ProductionHUB, Inc. “Unlike these social networking sites, you won’t find random quizzes or apps that share what music you are listening to – we are all about getting people work, getting equipment rented, and getting things found. A similar business networking site would be LinkedIn, except we cater specifically to the production industry. In 2010, we are adding all types of new features. Our features are strictly to help build business and connect professionals with those who require production services.”

“We always listen to our loyal users to guide our evolving services, and think these new developments will help springboard new opportunities for both existing and new site visitors,” Pokorny further explained.

The launching of these new features is just the start in the series of changes for 2010 and will give users a sneak-peek of what the new site will look like. Be sure to keep your eyes open as ProductionHUB.com continues revamping its site in the coming year.
