Soon, he is toasted as the Rookie of the Year and taken into the selective Southwest Border Alliance, whose existence is unknown to the public. This multi-agency drug fighting task force asks Jack to gather information about a local biker gang's drug activities surreptitiously. Jack quickly finds mounting evidence in a hard-core biker bar and falls in love with an exotic beauty named Silk.
