About the Book (Excerpts & Info)

Betrayed and burdened, Rae set off in a rage; seeing Red. Did she go too far? Will she be another female statistic, or will she receive mercy? Who is to blame, Rae or her husband? Follow Rae on her journey, and strap in for unforeseen twists and turns as you take this ride down the road with Rae. A tale of sinful deceit, rage, and redemption depicting spiritual truths of forgiveness and love.

When we refuse to forgive, we hold a gun and fire a bullet at ourselves. This bullet of un-forgiveness slowly kills us, as it stays lodged inside of our hearts.

Have you ever been deceived by your spouse, a friend or someone else? Did you find it hard to forgive? You ask yourself, how can I overcome the pain and forgive the deception? Rae’s journey of mixed emotions reveals God’s forgiveness and love. It will give you a bigger picture and better understanding of forgiveness and love. Rae’s story will help you tackle the challenge of forgiveness. It is not telling you How to forgive. What is most important: Why Forgive? It is a command. Brace yourself for a surprising crossover from rage to redemption and love.

What some readers said:

“This books gives very good biblical references that can be used everyday. The story is very entertaining yet very informative. The story equips you with information to help you forgive the different hurts or betrayals you may experience in life. This is a very good read for someone struggling with forgiveness. I would encourage anyone who has been hurt by any situation in life to read this book. It is a great book for busy moms since it is very easy read.” T. Lindo.

“I see this story as a guide. It has everything a good book needs love, betrayal, tragedy, revenge, & forgiveness. Those things will keep the pages turning but it also has what very few books have these days... a guide from God’s word on each event. The story starts off pretty safe and tame. Some of the things unfolding the average reader will be able to foresee but then it gets surprisingly gritty and you'll find yourself saying 'okay that came from left field'. Once it gets going you'll be rooting for the person you identify with in this book. (I was pulling hard for Matt). I recommend this to the reader who is searching for the wisdom on How to forgive in a unforgiving world. For some, this book will make you angry if you've been wronged But when you read the ‘food for thought,’ It will guide you to forgiveness and help you Get Over It... like a 12 step. I think the writer is just getting started with this one.” T. Lang.

“I identified with Rae. It made me mad, it made me laugh, and I cried. I like the 'Food For Thought Section,' as it gave me a way to connect with the scriptures and allowed me to take action in applying the scriptures. It was a real page-turner, I couldn't put it down, it was a real mystery and it kept me interested until the end.” Cheryl Scott - candidate for ministry, Christ United Methodist Church, FL.
