She graduated from Queens College, Yaba, Nigeria, in 1969, and from Xavier University College of Pharmacy, New Orleans, U.S.A in 1977 with B.Sc. (Hons) in Pharmacy.In Nigeria, she has served in both Community and Hospital Pharmacy practice.
