MetLife, Hilton and Lockheed Martin Executives to Speak at i4cp’s 2011 Annual Conference

Seattle, WA, October 26, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Senior executives from MetLife, Hilton and Lockheed Martin have been added to the agenda of i4cp’s 2011 Annual Conference: Next Practices of High-Performance Organizations. They join executives from i4cp member organizations Flextronics International and General Mills, as well as well-known thought leaders such as Stephen M.R. Covey, Marshall Goldsmith and Dr. John Sullivan. The vendor- and consultant-free conference will take place at the InterContinental Montelucia in Scottsdale, AZ from March 15-19, 2011.

Marilyn Figlar, Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development at Lockheed Martin, will provide insights into her efforts to design and implement a leadership competency model for the company. She will be preceded in the leadership segment of the conference by Stephen M.R. Covey, who will present on using trust as an economic driver.
